Hello, I sent an envelope to the wrong person by mistake. I'd like to cancel the sending and resend it to the correct recipient. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

Cancellation: Log in to your Certyneo account, go to the envelope details page and click the "Cancel" button. The envelope will be immediately inactive and will no longer be accessible to the signer.
Cancellation email: A cancellation email will be automatically sent to the signer, informing them that the envelope has been cancelled.
Duplication: Duplicate the envelope to create a new one. You can customize the signer and make any necessary changes.
Resending: Send the new envelope to the correct recipient.

It is important to note that the audit trail of the cancelled envelope will be preserved, providing a record of the cancellation and any changes made.
