An envelope is a single signing transaction, regardless of how many documents or recipients it contains. For example, sending a contract with three attachments to two signers counts as one envelope.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Absolutely. Every plan includes a free 14-day trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your account will be paused (no data is deleted).

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers for annual Enterprise agreements. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. For teams that need more than 250 envelopes per month or more than 15 users, our Enterprise plan offers custom pricing based on your volume. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.

We will never block you from sending urgent documents. If you exceed your monthly limit, overages are billed at a per-envelope rate ($1.50 for Starter, $0.75 for Business). You will receive a notification at 80% and 100% usage so there are no surprises.
