- Yes. Article 1366 of the French Civil Code recognises e-signature as equivalent to handwritten signature as long as it identifies the signer and guarantees document integrity. Certyneo meets both conditions via SES, AES and QES signature levels compliant with the eIDAS regulation (EU) No 910/2014.
- How do you handle a 3-signer workflow (student, company, school)?
- Certyneo offers native parallel multi-signer support. You upload the document, add the 3 recipients (student, company tutor, pedagogical manager) and each signs at their own pace. Reminder notifications are automatic.
