- Is Certyneo integrated with SAP?
- No native SAP connector to date. The connection goes through Certyneo's REST API and signed webhooks: your team or your integrator triggers the signature request from your SAP transactions and retrieves the status of the signed document. Contact us to scope this connection.
- Can I sign purchase orders in bulk (1,000 POs in one operation)?
- Yes, from the Business plan: bulk sending imports a CSV, or picks up envelopes created by your systems through the REST API. A personalized envelope is generated for each supplier. Beyond 1,000 envelopes a month, the Enterprise offer is quoted case by case — contact us.
- What signature levels for an international contract?
- For the EU: advanced (AES) suffices in 95% of cases, qualified (QES) recommended for contracts > €1M. For third countries (USA, UK, JP, BR), we adapt the level to local law (UETA / E-SIGN Act, eIDAS UK, etc.).
- Is Certyneo ISO 27001 certified?
- Not yet: the ISO 27001 certification audit is in progress, and we will display the certification once the certificate has been issued. Data is hosted in the European Union, on our own infrastructure (IONOS), with a French company.
- What is the price for a large industrial group?
- Beyond the volumes included in Business Pro (€99/month, 1,000 envelopes and 1,500 SMS per month, unlimited users), the Enterprise offer starts at €299/month and is quoted case by case: negotiated volumes, dedicated support and contractual service commitments.
