The use cases presented on this page are built from aggregated customer feedback collected during our quarterly steering committees and satisfaction surveys (NPS, CSAT). No company names, no personal data, and no contractual amounts are disclosed — sectoral profiles (law firm, real estate agency, HR consultancy) cover a representative sample of users in this vertical rather than a single organization. The figures displayed (time savings, cost reductions, volumes) are averages observed across our user base, validated by our Customer Success team. This anonymization approach is deliberate: it respects our clients' commercial confidentiality while giving prospects honest benchmarks to evaluate expected ROI.

How do you choose the use cases presented?
We select sectors where we have at least a dozen customers in production and where gains are quantifiable (signature time, envelope volume, administrative savings). For each sector, we aggregate feedback from 5 to 20 different organizations to prevent any single case from skewing the average. The list evolves each quarter to reflect new adoption trends we observe.
Why are all cases anonymized?
Three reasons. (1) Commercial confidentiality: the majority of our clients prefer not to publicly display their dependence on an electronic signature provider. (2) Editorial honesty: presenting sectoral averages rather than a single case avoids cherry-picking and gives prospects robust comparison points. (3) GDPR compliance: no company name, no personal data leaves our systems without explicit written agreement, in accordance with our DPA.
Can we obtain named references?
Yes. For significant projects (volume > 1,000 envelopes/month or critical business process), our Customer Success team can organize, with prior agreement from referring clients, direct contact with one of our clients in your sector. How are the figures (−78 %, ×3, etc.) measured?
All displayed figures come from documented before/after measurements at our clients. Average signature time is measured between envelope sending and finalization by all signatories, compared to a handwritten baseline (printing, scanning, postal mail, or in-person). Cost savings include paper, postage, travel, and administrative processing time. We publish only metrics for which we have comparable data over at least 3 months of production.
My sector is not listed — is Certyneo still suitable?
Probably yes. The sectors presented are those where we have the most documented feedback, not our entire user base.
