About Certyneo
Certyneo is a young French company that operates an electronic signature platform designed for the European market. Founded in 2024, it offers a sovereign alternative compliant with the European eIDAS regulation (No. 910/2014) to the long-established US providers.
Our mission: to give every European company, from freelancers to mid-sized enterprises, access to an electronic signature that is simple, legally enforceable and hosted in the European Union, with no hidden per-OTP or per-signer charges.
The platform supports simple (SES) and advanced (AES) signatures with dual-channel OTP authentication (email + SMS), a timestamped audit trail embedded in the PDF, and 10-year archiving of signed documents. A public REST API is available for integrators.
