What is an RGE QualiPV attestation?
The RGE QualiPV attestation ("Recognized Guarantor of the Environment — PhotoVoltaic Qualification") is the document that certifies the qualification of a photovoltaic installer, issued by the bodies Qualit'EnR or Qualibat (depending on the designation) in application of Decree No. 2014-812 of July 16, 2014 and the QualiPV Charter. RGE QualiPV qualification is MANDATORY for the end customer to benefit from public aid (MaPrimeRénov', CEE, éco-PTZ) and reduced VAT at 10%. It covers PV installations in building integration and retrofit, in self-consumption and in full sale. The attestation is valid for 4 years (with annual audit) and must be presented to the customer before signing the quote.
