Yes. Certyneo supports simple (SES) and advanced (AES) electronic signature as defined by the eIDAS regulation. Our documents have the same legal value throughout the European Union. The key difference with DocuSign: our infrastructure is hosted in Germany (EU), which avoids issues with data transfer outside the EU.
What happens to my documents already signed on DocuSign or Yousign?
Your already signed documents retain their legal value regardless of the platform. During the migration, we help you export and archive your histories. You can continue to access your old signed documents for 90 days after canceling your old account.
Is the quality of support comparable to Yousign?
