Does an electronically signed NDA have the same value as a handwritten signature?
Yes. Article 1366 of the French Civil Code recognises e-signature as equivalent to handwritten signature. For an NDA, simple signature (SES) suffices in 99% of cases — eIDAS level 1 + qualified RFC 3161 timestamping.
How do I follow up with a prospect who hasn't signed yet?
