Signature events as notes on the contact
Every send, view, signature and decline creates a timestamped note on the matching Zoho CRM contact, with a direct link back to the Certyneo envelope.
Deal-level tracking
Beyond the contact, events will be able to surface on the linked Deal, so signature progress reads straight from the sales pipeline.
Send for signature from a Zoho record
A "Send for Certyneo signature" button right on the contact or deal record, with the signer pre-filled from your Zoho fields.
Custom Zoho fields
You'll map your custom Zoho CRM fields to the signers and variables of your Certyneo document templates.
