What's coming in the Pipedrive integration

Here are the features planned for the initial release. They are built in collaboration with early access members.

• Envelope events in Pipedrive activities

  Each Certyneo send, signature, and rejection automatically creates a Pipedrive activity on the relevant contact or deal, to keep your entire sales team aligned.

• Signature status on the deal card

  View the signature status (pending, signed, expired) directly in the Pipedrive deal timeline, without switching tabs.

• Lead -> contract conversion in one click

  From a lead or deal, generate and send a Certyneo contract pre-filled with Pipedrive data in a single click — ideal for accelerating the final stage of your pipeline.

• Pipedrive custom fields

  Map your Pipedrive custom fields (deal, person, organization) to the variables in your Certyneo contract templates.

The integration will be available on the Pipedrive Marketplace. In the meantime, use our REST API or Zapier.

Three options available now to connect Certyneo to Pipedrive without waiting for the native integration release.

• Zapier (no-code)

  Create a Pipedrive -> Certyneo Zap in 10 minutes: trigger contract sending from any Pipedrive trigger (new deal, pipeline stage change, deal won…). Over 5000 connectable apps.

• Incoming Webhooks

  Use Certyneo webhooks to push signature events to Pipedrive via its API: create a note or activity on the deal as soon as a document is signed.

• Certyneo REST API

  Direct integration via our documented OpenAPI 3.1 REST API: create envelopes, add signatories from your Pipedrive contacts and retrieve signed PDFs.
