  View signature status (pending, signed, expired) directly on the hiring pipeline stage, without switching tools.

• Candidate → signed contract conversion in one click

  From a Greenhouse candidate profile, generate and send a pre-filled Certyneo offer letter or contract in a single click.

• Greenhouse custom fields

  Map your Greenhouse custom fields (candidate, job, offer) to variables in your Certyneo document templates.

• Zapier (no-code)
