Definition
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, EU Regulation 2016/679) regulates the collection, processing and storage of personal data in the EU. In the context of electronic signature, it notably requires minimizing the data collected from signers, defining a retention period and ensuring the right to erasure.
