Trustee deeds and execution

Many constitutional documents are form-free, but where a charity executes a deed (e.g. a deed of trust or certain property documents), the witnessing rules apply and the witness must be physically present (Law Commission 2019). Membership, internal resolutions and partnership agreements can be signed electronically with Certyneo.
