Certyneo × Zoom — follow your signatures in Zoom Team Chat
Every step of a Certyneo signature (document sent, opened, signed, declined, expired) can be announced in a Zoom Team Chat channel you choose. Your team sees where contracts stand without leaving Zoom.

Why connect Certyneo to Zoom
The integration is for teams who talk in Zoom Team Chat and want to know, at the right time, that a contract was just signed or is stuck.
The channel you choose
You pick a Team Chat channel you belong to. Messages are posted there on your behalf.
Only the events that matter
You tick the events to relay: sent, opened, signed, declined, expired, cancelled. When you connect, only the fully signed event is ticked.
Messages in your language
Each message is written in the language of your Certyneo account: the event, the document title, the signer and a link to the envelope.
No document ever leaves Certyneo
Only a short message is posted in Zoom. PDFs, signed or not, and their evidence file stay in Certyneo.
Which events become messages?
You choose the events in Settings → Integrations, on the Zoom card. Each ticked event posts one message in the chosen channel.

| Envelope signed | Every signer has signed: the document is final. The message links to the envelope in Certyneo. |
| Envelope declined | The signer declined to sign. The message includes the reason if one was given. |
| Envelope cancelled | The sender cancelled the envelope before all the signatures were collected. |
| Envelope expired | The deadline passed before every signer had signed. |
Add Zoom in 4 steps
It takes two minutes. You need a Certyneo account and a Zoom account with Team Chat.

Open Settings → Integrations
In Certyneo, open Settings, then Integrations, and find the Zoom card.

Choose the Team Chat channel
In the Zoom card, choose where to post. Only channels you belong to are listed.

Choose the events, then test
Tick the events to relay and save. Send a document for signature: the message appears in the channel as soon as the event happens.
Remove the Zoom integration
You can remove the integration at any time, from Certyneo or from Zoom. Either way, no more messages are posted.
From Certyneo
Settings → Integrations → Zoom card → “Disconnect”. Certyneo also revokes the authorization with Zoom.
From Zoom
In the Zoom App Marketplace: Manage → Added Apps → Certyneo → Remove. Access is revoked straight away, so Certyneo can no longer post anything. To also erase the channel and the tokens kept on our side, use “Disconnect” in Certyneo.
Security and privacy
The Zoom integration follows the same rules as the rest of Certyneo: encrypted tokens, minimal access, no document sent.
- Zoom access tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never logged or shown again.
- Three permissions only: read your profile, list your channels, post a message. No access to your meetings, recordings or contacts.
- No document or attachment is sent to Zoom.
- Data erased when you disconnect from Certyneo or delete your Certyneo account. Removing the app in Zoom cuts off access immediately.

Why is my channel not in the list?
Only Team Chat channels you belong to are listed, because messages are posted on your behalf. Join the channel in Zoom, then reload the card.
What does Certyneo post in Zoom?
One text message per ticked event: the event, the document title, the signer, the status and, when relevant, the decline reason, with a link to the envelope in Certyneo. No document is sent.
Which language are the messages written in?
The language of your Certyneo account. Change it in your Certyneo settings and the next messages follow.
How do I remove the Zoom integration?
In Certyneo: Settings → Integrations → “Disconnect” on the Zoom card. Your settings and the tokens are erased, and the authorisation is revoked with Zoom. From Zoom (App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps → Remove), access stops immediately; to erase your settings as well, then use “Disconnect” in Certyneo.
