What has changed since 2024

The initial project provided for a public invoicing portal (PPF) capable of issuing and receiving invoices free of charge. In October 2024, this function was abandoned: the PPF is refocused on the directory and data consolidation, while issuing goes through approved platforms.

The PDP (partner digitalization platform) is a registered private operator, capable of issuing, receiving and routing invoices.
The PPF (public invoicing portal), backed by Chorus Pro, no longer offers a free B2B invoice issuing service.
The OD (digitalization operator), sometimes called OYD, is an unregistered service provider that must rely on a PDP to transmit.
