Non-repudiation is the property of an electronic signature that prevents a signer from later denying they signed a document. Indian legal context
The Indian Evidence Act (Sections 47A, 67A, 85A-C) facilitates court enforcement of digitally-signed records by treating qualified digital-signature evidence as presumptively valid.
