About Certyneo
Certyneo is a young French company that publishes an electronic signature platform designed for the European market. Founded in 2024, it offers a sovereign alternative compliant with the European regulation eIDAS (No. 910/2014) to historic American solutions.
Our mission: to provide all European companies, from freelancers to mid-market enterprises, access to simple, legally binding electronic signature that is hosted in the European Union, without hidden charges for OTP or signatories.
The platform supports simple signature (SES) and advanced signature (AES) with dual-channel OTP authentication (email + SMS), a timestamped audit trail embedded in the PDF, and 10-year archiving of signed documents. A public REST API is available for integrators.
