Bulk send: 500 contracts in one CSV upload
Upload a CSV (name, email, variables), Certyneo creates and sends one envelope per row from one of your templates. Designed for HR, onboarding, bulk amendments, and NDA campaigns.
A 4-step workflow
The upload wizard guides each step. Everything happens in your browser until final confirmation — you see errors before the queue starts.
1. Choose a template
Select one of your Certyneo templates (employment contract, NDA, amendment…) with its dynamic fields already placed. The template defines the document and the signer order.
2. Upload your CSV
Drag-drop a CSV file (up to 1 MB, 500 rows max). Your browser parses and validates locally — you see errors before sending, not after.
3. Map columns
Link your CSV columns to template fields (recipient email, name, custom variables). The interface suggests auto-mapping and flags conflicts.
4. Track in real-time
Once started, the job runs in the background. The tracking table refreshes every 5 seconds: sent, signed, refused, failures with reason per row.

Bulk amendments

Same guarantees as a single send
Each envelope from a bulk send has its own eIDAS proof, its own audit trail (timestamp, signer IP, OTP), its own signed PDF archived for 10 years. GDPR compliant. Bulk-send is a sending convenience, not a shortcut on probative value.
