What's a construction project quote?

The BTP works quote is the written and numerical offer by which a building professional (entrepreneur, craftsman, company) proposes to his client the realization of works. Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code imposes complete pre-contractual information (features, price, deadlines, guarantees). Above € 1500 TTC, the quote is mandatory (order of 2 March 1990 for troubleshooting / repairs / maintenance on all works). When it is concluded at the client's home (démarchage), the Hamon law (law 2014-344) imposes the mention of the right of withdrawal of 14 days and a standard formula the short period from the signature of the quote.

Is the electronically signed quote enforceable in the event of a dispute?
