What is a QualiPV RGE certificate?
The RGE QualiPV certificate ("Recognised Guarantor of the Environment Photo-Voltaic Qualification") is the document certifying the qualification of a photovoltaic installer, issued by the Qualit'EnR or Qualibat bodies (as indicated) pursuant to Decree No 2014-812 of 16 July 2014 and the QualiPV Charter. The RGE QualiPV certificate is OBLIGATORY for the final customer to benefit from public aid (MaPrimeRénov', CEE, eco-PTZ) and VAT reduced to 10%. It covers PV installations integrated into the building and subject to taxation, self-consumption and total sale. The certificate is valid for 4 years (with annual quotation) and must be presented to the customer before the signature of the audit.
