What the Pipedrive integration will do
The native integration is a tracking tool: it doesn't send anything for signature from Pipedrive and doesn't change your deals or your pipeline. To trigger a send from Pipedrive, the options below already work today.
A note at every signature step
Every send, signature or decline on an envelope adds a timestamped note to the person's record, with a direct link to the Certyneo envelope.
The right contact, found or created
The signer is looked up in Pipedrive by their exact email address. If they aren't there yet, their record is created automatically so the note has somewhere to land.
Tracking for every signer
When an envelope has several signers, each one gets the note on their own record: every contact's history stays complete.
No document shared
The note is just a summary — envelope title, signer, status — plus the link to Certyneo: the document stays with us. The integration only asks for access to your contacts.
The integration will be available on the Pipedrive Marketplace. In the meantime, use our REST API or Zapier.
