All paid plans include a monthly quota of AES authentication SMS. If you exceed it, purchase a pack individually — credits remain valid as long as your subscription is active.
SMS are consumed after your subscription monthly quota. SMS outside Europe: additional charge of €0.10/SMS applied automatically.

eIDAS qualified signature with cryptographic evidence embedded inside the PDF, accepted by public-portal verifiers (INPI, the French business registry, court clerks, public tenders) and by notarial acts that explicitly require it. Legally equivalent to a handwritten signature across the European Union, no subscription, no commitment, billed per use.
Without a subscription, the qualified signature costs €14.90 incl. VAT, paid at send time. With a subscription it drops to €9.90 on your monthly invoice, with 1 signature included per month on Business and 3 on Business Pro. The simple signature (SES) is enough for most everyday contracts. The advanced signature (AES) adds SMS OTP authentication of the signer and stronger evidential value — available from the Personal plan. The qualified signature (QES) is the highest eIDAS level, the legal equivalent of a handwritten signature across the EU, required for notarial deeds, INPI filings, public procurement and other regulated files — available per signature on every plan, €14.90, with no commitment.

No, within the quota included in your plan: Business includes 300 SMS/month and Business Pro 1,500 SMS/month for advanced eIDAS signatures. Beyond that, supplementary packs are available from €19 for 500 SMS, purchasable on an ad-hoc basis without changing your plan.
Yes. Annual payment automatically applies approximately 16% discount on all paid plans. Standard goes for example from €19/month to €16/month (€192/year), Business from €39/month to €33/month (€396/year). Billing is done once for the entire year.
