Business Plan — Notariat

The case management software designed for your notarial office

Each file for a sale, succession or donation brings together its parties, documents to gather, legal deadlines and documents to sign. Your clients submit their documents from a link, without creating an account. The authentic deed remains on your notarial platform: Certyneo manages everything around it.

€149 excl. tax / month / office

Unlimited collaborators · 30-day trial · no commitment

What the Notary Business Plan includes

A single subscription per practice, for all notaries, clerks and assistants. The price does not depend on the number of collaborators.

Files by deed type

Property sale, succession, donation, marriage, company: each file type comes with its stages, its roles and its list of documents. You adapt the templates to your practice's procedures.

Documents requested in one click

Seller, buyer, bank, syndic, surveyor: each receives the list of expected documents and uploads them via a personal link, without an account. The file checks itself automatically.

Legal deadlines calculated

SRU withdrawal period of ten days postponed to the next business day, pre-emption period of two months, suspensive conditions: deadlines are calculated, tracked and reminded by email at D-7, D-2 and on the day itself.

Client portal in your practice's colors

Your clients see the status of their file, what they still need to provide, their documents to sign and their upcoming appointments, on a page with your logo and colors.

Electronic signature included

Up to 1,000 signature sends per month for preliminary contracts, powers of attorney, mandates and fee agreements, attached to the relevant file.

Qualified signature at €9.90 per unit

When the deed requires it, qualified electronic signature eIDAS is available per unit, without additional subscription.

Archiving in the digital safe

Closed files and their documents remain accessible in your practice's digital safe, encrypted and timestamped.

Your entire team, at no extra cost

Notaries, clerks, assistants and trainees work on the same files. The dashboard shows current files, missing documents and deadlines for the week.

How a file unfolds

  1. 1

    Open the file

Choose the type of deed, enter the parties: the file receives a reference, its stages and its list of documents.

  2. 2

    Gather the documents

Send each party the list of what they must provide. Submissions arrive encrypted in the study's secure vault and check off the file.

  3. 3

    Meet the deadlines

Upon notification of the preliminary contract, the withdrawal period is calculated. Deadlines for all files are displayed on a single screen.

  4. 4

    Get signatures and close

Preliminary contract, powers of attorney and mandates are signed online from the file. The authentic deed is received on your notarial platform, then the file goes to archives.

What remains on your notarial platform

The electronic authentic deed is signed and stored on the profession's platform, as it is today. Certyneo does not touch it: it handles file preparation, document collection, deadlines, private deeds and relations with your clients, that is to say everything that precedes and surrounds the signing of the deed.

Frequently asked questions from firms

Does the Business Plan replace my notarial platform?
No. The electronic authentic deed remains signed and stored on the profession's platform. The Business Plan handles what comes before and around the deed: file preparation, document collection, legal timeframes, private agreements and client relations.
Do my clients need to create an account to submit their documents?
No. Each party receives a personal link by email. They see the list of expected documents, upload their files from their phone or computer, and track their file's progress. Files arrive encrypted in the firm's secure vault.
How is the withdrawal period calculated?
The ten-day period under article L. 271-1 of the Construction and Housing Code runs from the day after the first presentation of the letter notifying the preliminary contract. When it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the first following business day. The calculation was reviewed and validated by a notary; you remain free to correct a date by hand.
Does the price depend on the number of collaborators?
No. The Business Plan is invoiced at €149 excluding tax per month and per firm, regardless of how many notaries, clerks and assistants work there.
Can I switch to the Business Plan if my firm already has a subscription?
Yes. The firm's workspace owner replaces the current subscription with the Business Plan in one click, with a pro-rata adjustment on the next invoice. There are never two subscriptions for the same firm.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers located in the European Union, with a hosting provider subject to GDPR. The submitted documents are encrypted, time-stamped and stored in the firm's digital secure vault, which you can export at any time.
