Are generated contracts legally valid?
Yes, once reviewed. Certyneo is a drafting assistance tool: the AI produces a contract that meets professional standards, but we always recommend a review, ideally by a lawyer or legal expert, for high-stakes contracts.
Is my data shared with the AI?
Vos prompts sont transmis à nos fournisseurs d'IA via des accords DPA stricts. Les données sont stockées en UE (IONOS, EU) et les prompts sont anonymisés après 90 jours. Aucune donnée n'est utilisée pour entraîner des modèles.
What languages and jurisdictions are supported?
The generator supports French, English, and Spanish. It covers the 27 EU countries, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the 17 OHADA member countries in West and Central Africa.
Can I edit the contract after generation?
Yes. Once the contract is generated, you can modify the text, refine specific clauses with the AI ("make this clause stricter"), and archive multiple versions before moving to signature.
How does signing work?
Directly from the contract: you add recipients, choose simple (SES) or advanced (AES, with email OTP + SMS), and they receive an email with a secure link. No Certyneo account required to sign.
