About Certyneo
Certyneo is a young French company that publishes an electronic signature platform designed for the European market. Founded in 2026, it offers a sovereign and compliant alternative to the European eIDAS regulation (No. 910/2014) against historical American solutions.
Our mission: to give all European companies, from freelancers to mid-market enterprises, access to simple, legally binding electronic signature hosted in the European Union, without hidden fees to the OTP or signer.
The platform supports all three eIDAS levels — simple (SES), advanced (AES) with an SMS OTP code and a certificate specific to the signer, and qualified (QES) per signature through a qualified QTSP from the EU trust list — with a timestamped audit trail embedded in the PDF and 10-year archiving of signed documents. A public REST API is available for integrators.
