About Certyneo
Certyneo is a young French company that publishes an electronic signature platform designed for the European market. Founded in 2024, it offers a sovereign and compliant alternative to the European eIDAS regulation (No. 910/2014) against historical American solutions.
Our mission: to give all European companies, from freelancers to mid-market enterprises, access to simple, legally binding electronic signature hosted in the European Union, without hidden fees to the OTP or signer.
The platform supports simple signature (SES) and advanced signature (AES) with dual-channel OTP authentication (email + SMS), a timestamped audit trail integrated into the PDF, and 10-year archiving of signed documents. A public REST API is available for integrators.
