Yes. Certyneo produces simple (SES) and advanced (AES) signatures compliant with eIDAS regulation (EU) No. 910/2014, legally recognised throughout the European Union. Consult our eIDAS regulation guide for more information.
Simple signature (SES) is sufficient for the majority of standard contracts. Advanced signature (AES) adds OTP email + SMS authentication of the signatory, offering increased probative value for higher-stakes documents. It is available from the Personal plan onwards.
You will receive an email notification. You can choose to upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the monthly renewal. We do not block your sends without warning.
No. All plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time from your account area, with no fees or notice period.
