Contrary to popular belief, the French national quality standard underpinning Qualiopi (appendix to décret n° 2019-565) imposes neither a signature level nor an attendance-sheet format: the words 'attendance sheet', 'attendance' and 'signature' do not appear in it. Its indicator 11 concerns the assessment of beneficiaries' achievement of their objectives; the one closest to your documentary practices is indicator 10 (implementation, support and monitoring of the service), for which one example of evidence is traceability of technical and educational support. What matters is being able to produce your evidence on the day of the audit: 'the absence of evidence on the day of the audit constitutes a non-conformity' (arrêté du 6 juin 2019 on audit procedures). The electronic signature serves exactly this purpose — certain date, identification of the signatory, integrity of the document — and many certified organisations have abandoned paper without any loss of compliance.
