Here are the features planned for the initial release. They are being built in collaboration with early access members.

  Each Certyneo send, signature, and rejection automatically creates an activity on the relevant Procore project or contact.

• Signature status on the project

  View signature status (pending, signed, expired) directly on the Procore project, without switching tools.

• Quote → signed change order conversion in one click

  From a Procore project, generate and send a pre-filled Certyneo quote or change order with project data in a single click.

• Procore custom fields

  Map your Procore custom fields (project, trade, subcontractor) to variables in your Certyneo document templates.

• Zapier (no-code)

  Create a Procore -> Certyneo Zap in 10 minutes: trigger document sending for signature from any Procore trigger. Certyneo is connected to over 5,000 applications via Zapier.

• Incoming webhooks

  Use Certyneo webhooks to push signature events to Procore: update the relevant record as soon as a document is signed.

• Certyneo REST API

  Direct integration via our documented OpenAPI 3.1 REST API: create envelopes, add signers from your data, and retrieve signed PDFs with their eIDAS audit trail.
