Here are the features planned for the initial release. They are being built in collaboration with early access members.

  Each Certyneo send, signature, and rejection automatically creates an activity on the relevant NetSuite customer or opportunity record.

• Signature status on the record

  View signature status (pending, signed, expired) directly on the NetSuite opportunity or quote, without switching tabs.

• Quote → signed contract conversion in one click

  From a NetSuite opportunity or quote, generate and send a pre-filled Certyneo document with customer data in a single click.

• NetSuite custom fields

  Map your NetSuite custom fields (customer, quote, opportunity) to variables in your Certyneo document templates.

• Zapier (no-code)

• Incoming webhooks

  Use Certyneo webhooks to push signature events to NetSuite: update the relevant record as soon as a document is signed.

  Direct integration via our documented OpenAPI 3.1 REST API: create envelopes, add signers from your data, and retrieve signed PDFs with their eIDAS audit trail.
