What's coming in the Axonaut integration

Here are the features planned for the initial release. They are being built in collaboration with early access members.

• Envelope events in Axonaut activities

  Each Certyneo send, signature, and rejection automatically creates an Axonaut activity on the relevant client record or opportunity.

• Enhanced opportunity timeline

  View signature status (pending, signed, expired) directly in the Axonaut opportunity record, without switching tabs.

• Opportunity → signed quote conversion in one click

  From an Axonaut opportunity or quote, generate and send a pre-filled Certyneo document with client data in a single click.

• Axonaut custom fields

  Map your Axonaut custom fields (client, quote, opportunity) to variables in your Certyneo document templates.

Three options available now to connect Certyneo to Axonaut without waiting for the native integration release.

• Zapier (no-code)

  Create an Axonaut -> Certyneo Zap in 10 minutes: trigger document sending for signature from any Axonaut trigger (new quote, opportunity won, status update, etc.). Certyneo is connected to over 5,000 applications via Zapier.

• Incoming webhooks

  Use Certyneo webhooks to push signature events to Axonaut: update the opportunity, customer record, or quote as soon as a document is signed.

• Certyneo REST API

  Direct integration via our documented OpenAPI 3.1 REST API: create envelopes, add signers from your Axonaut clients, and retrieve signed PDFs with their eIDAS audit trail.
