Attestation France Travail
Definition
The certificate for France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi) is a document that the employer must compulsorily provide to the employee at the end of their contract (art. R1234-9 of the Labour Code). It allows the employee to claim unemployment insurance benefits; the employer also transmits it to France Travail. It can be generated and signed electronically in the end-of-contract process.
