E-signature for your procurement
Purchase orders, multi-year framework agreements, RFPs/RFQs, supplier contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), multi-country framework agreements: Certyneo connects to your procurement tool (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua…) through its REST API and webhooks. On Certyneo, 8 in 10 signed documents are signed within 24 hours.
Procurement slowing down production
Procurement teams often spend more time chasing supplier sign-offs than negotiating. An unsigned purchase order blocks invoicing, delays delivery and puts the operational need on hold. With Certyneo, the supplier signs from their phone: 8 in 10 signed documents are signed within 24 hours.
Chasing supplier initials replaces negotiation
Time spent chasing signatures is time lost creating value. Remote signature frees buyers to focus on their core business.
The unsigned purchase order blocks the entire chain
A pending PO freezes invoicing and delays delivery. Signed from a phone, the purchase order comes back sooner and unblocks the operational need.
Validations outside P2P escape control
Sign-offs handled outside the procurement process create blind spots. Connected to your P2P through Certyneo's REST API and webhooks, every signature is tied back to the order flow.
All procurement acts signable online
6 use cases covering sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
Purchase order (PO)
Issued from your P2P tool or uploaded as a PDF, the PO goes out for signature; its status (sent, viewed, signed) flows back to your system by webhook.

Why Certyneo for procurement
P2P connection via API and webhooks
No native connector yet for SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement or Ivalua: your team or your integrator connects Certyneo to the P2P platform through the documented REST API (OpenAPI) and signed webhooks, which send back the status of each signed PO.
Accelerated PO-to-pay cycle
Your supplier signs from their phone, with no account or app. On Certyneo, half of the documents signed by a third party are signed in under an hour, and 8 in 10 within 24 hours (measured April to September 2026): your purchase orders come back sooner.
Bulk supplier signature
Import your supplier list by CSV or through the REST API and send your personalized framework agreements in one go. Centralized tracking.
Frequently asked questions — procurement
- Is Certyneo integrated with SAP Ariba?
- Not with a native connector yet. Certyneo connects to SAP Ariba, as to other procurement platforms, through its REST API and webhooks: your team or your integrator triggers the signature request from Ariba and retrieves the status of the signed PO. Contact us to scope this connection.
- What signature level for a > €1M framework agreement?
- For high-stakes contracts (> €1M) or those involving multiple jurisdictions, advanced e-signature (AES) is recommended. For > €10M or regulated sectors (pharma, defence, energy), qualified signature (QES) is advised.
- How to sign a €1,000 PO vs a €50M framework agreement?
- You choose the signature level for each send: simple, advanced (AES) or qualified (QES), depending on what's at stake. Many teams keep simple signatures for small purchase orders, advanced for significant contracts and qualified for very high-stakes agreements. Set these thresholds in your procurement policy: Certyneo doesn't apply them automatically.
- Can I track my suppliers' SLAs from Certyneo?
- No. Certyneo signs and archives the contractual SLA, but doesn't track supplier performance indicators (service rate, delays, quality). That tracking stays in your procurement tool, to which you can link the signed contract through the REST API.
- Is Certyneo ISO 27001 compliant?
- The ISO 27001 certification audit is in progress with an accredited body: Certyneo is not certified yet, and will display the certification once the certificate has been issued. Data is hosted in the European Union, with IONOS.
