Commission structure
The grid is simple and public. Every partner earns the same rates regardless of size — transparency is non-negotiable in this program.

Commissions are paid monthly by SEPA transfer, in arrears. VAT is added for VAT-registered partners. The detailed terms are sent to you when your application is approved.

Contractual framework and compliance

Concretely, how much do I earn for an average referral?
For a Standard client (€19/month excl. VAT × 12 = €228/year), you earn 20% × €228 = €45.60 year 1, then 10% × €228 = €22.80 year 2. Over the 24 months, that's €68.40 in commissions per referral — without any additional work from you after the recommendation.
For how long do I earn commissions?
For 24 months from the referred client's first payment: 20% year one, then 10% year two. Beyond 24 months, the commission stops. On a Standard plan that's around €68 per referral (more depending on their plan).
How am I paid?
By monthly SEPA transfer, in arrears, to your business bank account. No minimum payout. Each month you receive a detailed statement of your commissions; VAT-registered partners issue the corresponding invoice (VAT added).
Is there an exclusivity clause?
No. You can keep recommending DocuSign, Yousign, or any other solution — we require no exclusivity. The commission is paid only on clients who sign up via your Certyneo link or promo code.
Do you offer white-label?
Not as standard — partnering with us means referring clients, not reselling. For a white-label deployment across a portfolio of more than 50 clients, contact us: we review these requests case by case.
What if I want to stop?
You can leave the program at any time, without penalty or notice period: just tell us by email. Commissions already earned remain due and are paid to you; however, no new commission is calculated after you leave, including on clients you have already referred.
