What the Freshsales app will do
The app installs from the Freshworks Marketplace and shows up in your records. It changes neither your deals nor your pipeline: it sends for signature and shows where each send stands.
Send for signature from the record
From a deal or a contact, one click sends a document for eIDAS electronic signature — nothing to export, no tab to switch.
The signer, pre-filled
The signer's name and email come from the Freshsales contact — or from the contact linked to the deal. You can edit them before sending.
Status on the record
Every document sent from a record stays listed there with its live status — sent, signed, declined, expired — and a direct link to the Certyneo envelope.
Your Certyneo templates
You pick a template already set up in Certyneo, signature fields in place: no file goes through Freshsales, and the document stays with us.
