Bearer token
Definition
A bearer token is an API access token that grants the bearer the right to access protected resources without additional verification. It is transmitted in the HTTP header
Authorization: Bearer <token>. Certyneo's REST API uses bearer tokens to authenticate programmatic calls: creation of envelopes, status queries, downloading of signed documents. These tokens must be kept secret (never exposed client-side) and renewed regularly.Related guides
