What is qualified signature?

E click link in email, open app, confirm with PIN/biometry. E qualified signature e appose kei e signed document e return automatically on Certyneo.

Frequent questions

Must e signer have Evrotrust account before receive e envelope?

Ideally yes — otherwise e must interrupt signature to install app then return. For recipients you know not equipped, warn them by email before send QES envelope.

Can one use itsme instead ni Evrotrust?

Yes, but itsme only available for Belgian residents (Belgian phone number kei bank account required at enrollment). For rest ni European Union, Evrotrust e be e good option.

Does QES really have e same value as handwritten signature?

Yes — e explicitly written in article 25 ni eIDAS regulation. No authority, judge or European administration can refuse QES on ground that e electronic. E be e only level that benefit from this automatic presumption.

What happen if signer abandon during signature?
