About Certyneo
Certyneo is a young French company that publishes an electronic signature platform designed for the European market. Founded in 2024, it offers a sovereign alternative compliant with the European eIDAS regulation (no. 910/2014) to historical American solutions.
Our mission: to give all European companies, from freelancers to mid-market businesses, access to simple, legally binding electronic signature with hosting in the European Union, without hidden fees for OTP or signatories.
The platform supports simple (SES) and advanced (AES) signature with dual-channel OTP authentication (email + SMS), a timestamped audit trail integrated into the PDF, and 10-year archival of signed documents. A public REST API is available for integrators.
